How We Road School

One of the most common questions we get about our nomadic lifestyle is what are we doing about school for the kids? Some people are simply curious. Others aspire to travel more long term with their children and seem to be looking for a "How To" guide. And others still seem genuinely horrified by the fact that by traveling we are denying our children a "normal" education. So this is an attempt to answer some of those questions, but honestly, we mostly fly by the seat of our pants!

Stuck in Sayulita

We spent all of March in Sayulita, a surf town just North of Puerto Vallarta – this is the longest we parked anywhere since we left home. We only planned to spend a few days there, and at first we wanted to leave but couldn’t. But the longer we stayed in Sayulita, the more reasons we tried to find to stay stuck there!
